Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, average delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum order value and no hidden fees.

Origin & delivery
To offer competitive prices, we work directly with our suppliers and ship internationally. Delivery times may therefore be longer than with local stock. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. During periods of high order volume there may be some delay — we ship as soon as possible and will keep you informed.

We ship internationally. Our products are delivered directly from our suppliers to your address.

How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥680 on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with all parts and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email us at info@yuki-kyoto.com.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it. As orders are processed immediately, cancellation is not possible once the order is in transit. In that case, please follow the return procedure after receipt.
