Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Our products are delivered directly from our suppliers to your address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 12 business days on average. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥680 on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with all parts and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email us at info@yuki-kyoto.com.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it. As orders are processed immediately, cancellation is not possible once the order is in transit. In that case, please follow the return procedure after receipt.

We accept Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are protected with SSL encryption.
