Refund Policy

Important: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item is in its original condition with all parts and packaging
  • It shows only signs of normal use — no damage from negligence or misuse
  • The customer covers the return shipping costs

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Yuki Kyoto reserves the right to refuse returned items that show use or damage not attributable to us.

How do I return my order?
Email us at info@yuki-kyoto.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo if the item is damaged
  • Your full name and address

Important: do not send the return to the sender's address. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.

Cancellation — Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the last item. As orders are processed immediately, cancellation is not possible once the order is in transit. In that case, please follow the return procedure after receipt. To cancel, send a clear written request to info@yuki-kyoto.com.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund all payments received — excluding any extra delivery costs above standard shipping — via the original payment method, within 30 days. Please keep proof of return shipment.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Our products are delivered directly from our suppliers to your address.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 12 business days on average. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥680 on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your order on our Track Your Order page.
